Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked inside organizations ranging from fast-growing businesses to complex global operations. My career has been spent at the intersection of finance and operations — helping leadership teams understand what the numbers are actually telling them and how those insights translate into better decisions.
Along the way I’ve had the opportunity to build FP&A teams, manage large operational P&Ls, lead acquisition diligence, integrate newly acquired businesses, and support leadership through moments of significant change and growth. Just as importantly, I’ve worked closely with operators—plant leaders, distribution teams, commercial leaders, and executives—translating financial information into practical actions that improve performance.
Those experiences shaped how I think about finance leadership.
The most valuable finance function isn’t one that simply reports results—it helps leadership see around corners. It provides structure for decisions about hiring, growth, investment, and risk.
